Adam Caplan of Scout.com is reporting that Baltimore Ravens first-round quarterback Joe Flacco has agreed to terms on a contract.
Flacco has agreed to a five-year contract with a maximum value of $30 million dollars. The 6-foot-6 former Delaware standout was the 18th overall selection in the 2008 NFL Draft and is expected to compete with Kyle Boller for the team's starting QB job.
Flacco is just the fourth of the 2008 first-round picks to agree to a contract.

Ravens Draft Joe Flacco
After trading down to the 26th spot in the draft, the Baltimore Ravens, perhaps sensing someone was going to trade up ahead of them to draft a quarterback, have moved up to the 18th pick.
And they've used that pick on Delaware quarterback Joe Flacco.
Flacco comes from a small school, but he's big (6-7) and possesses what many feel was the best arm in the entire draft, and shouldn't struggle to make all the throws at the next level.
