Eagles Promote Anthony Patch; Add Rick Mueller To Personnel Department

The Philadelphia Eagles announced the promotion of Anthony Patch to Director of College Scouting.

Patch has been with the Eagles for the last 10 seasons, scouting the west region before his 2010 promotion to Assistant Director of College Scouting. Patch previously worked in the Miami Dolphins' player personnel department.

In addition to Patch, the Eagles have also added Rick Mueller as a pro personnel executive. Mueller worked as a scout and Director of College Scouting with the Jacksonville Jaguars (1994-2000) and as the Director of Player Personnel with the New Orleans Saints from 2000-08.

Mueller spent the last three seasons with the Omaha Nighthawks of the United Football League.

Mueller's brother Rick is a longtime executive with the Seattle Seahawks, New Orleans Saints and Miami Dolphins who currently works in the San Diego Chargers front office.
