Miami Dolphins running back Reggie Bush has been named the AFC's Offensive Player of the Week, the team announced on Wednesday.
Bush had a career-high 25 carries for 203 yards rushing in Sunday's 30-23 win over the Buffalo Bills, a win punctuated by Bush's 76-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter. Signed to a two-year deal in August, Bush is 27 yards away from his first 1,000-yard rushing season, has six rushing touchdowns, and has caught 41 passes for 270 yards and a touchdown out of the backfield.
Bush is the second Dolphins player to win Offensive Player of the Week honors this season. Quarterback Matt Moore won the honor in Week 9.
