The Chicago Bears have officially added veteran linebacker Cato June to the active roster, placing linebacker Pisa Tinoisamoa on injured reserve.
June has signed a one-year deal, the terms of which are undisclosed.
The Bears have also re-signed rookie linebacker Kevin Malast to their practice squad. Malast (6-1, 225) was with the Bears during the pre-season, leading the team with 20 tackles.
