Mac's Week 12 Game Balls

My apologies for the lack of a "Morning Spin" post this morning, but a late-night charting the Seahawks-Rams game for Scout.com, followed by a morning with no heat/hot water, contributed to me not being very productive this morning.

That said, there were some noteworthy performances, so here's who earned a game ball from me on Sunday.

Offense - Brett Favre, QB, Minnesota Vikings
- Favre had another solid performance, completing 32-of-48 passes for 392 yards and three touchdowns in the Vikings' 36-10 shellacking of the Chicago Bears.

Defense - Darrelle Revis, CB, New York Jets
- Revis held Carolina Panthers wide receiver Steve Smith for one catch and 5 yards and had a pair of interceptions, returning one 67 yard for a touchdown.

Special Teams - LaRod Stephens-Howling, RB/KR, Arizona Cardinals - Stephens-Howling had a 98-yard kick return for a touchdown, which was a strong answer to Chris Johnson's 85-yard touchdown run in the 3rd quarter. Stephens-Howling also came up big as a gunner on punt returns, twice downing balls inside the Titans' 5-yard line.
