The Cincinnati Bengals placed wide receiver Chris Henry on injured reserve, Joe Reedy of the Cincinnati Enquirer reports. The 6-4, 200-pound wide receiver fractured his forearm in two places after making a reception in the Bengals' 17-7 win over the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday.
To replace Henry on the active roster, the Bengals have re-signed offensive lineman Scott Kooistra.
Henry had 12 receptions for 236 yards and a pair of touchdowns this season, and for his career, has 119 receptions, 1,826 yards and 21 touchdowns. Wide receiver Andre Caldwell figures to take on a larger role in the Bengals' offense, and second-year receiver Jerome Simpson can be expected to be active on GameDay.
