Pittsburgh Steelers defensive end Brett Keisel has signed a five-year contract extension that will keep in Black & Gold through the 2013 season.
Keisel's current deal, which pays him $3.25M in 2009, expires at the end of the season.
The former seventh-round pick (242nd overall) in the 2002 NFL Draft, Keisel, who turns 31 next month, has spent his entire 7-year career with Pittsburgh, starting 42 consecutive games and totaling 181 tackles and 11.5 quarterback sacks from his defensive end position.
