Dolphins Sign 3rd Round WR Patrick Turner

The Miami Dolphins have signed third-round wide receiver Patrick Turner to a four-year contract, Edgar Thompson of the Palm Beach Post reports.

Thompson reports the deal is worth $2.3 million dollars and contains a signing bonus of over $700,000. (That would actually make the deal worth $2.45M)

Turner started 24 of his 49 games at USC, finishing his career with 138 receptions, 1,727 yards and 17 touchdowns, including 10 scores during his senior season. At 6-5 and 223 pounds, Turner gives the Dolphins much-needed size at the wide receiver position.
