NFL Training Camp Notes - July 30th, 2007

150 people showed up at Chiefs camp just to watch Priest Holmes stretch.

200 people turned up at the Georgia Dome to show their support for embattled Falcons QB Michael Vick.

For the first time since 2001, Baltimore Ravens camp is a distraction-free zone.

DT Corey Simon was a no-show at Colts camp, but Indianapolis did manage to sign a trio of draft picks, including the potential replacement for recently retired Tarik Glenn.

Patriots LB Tedy Bruschi is beginning to see signs of how old he is.

The running back situation in Green Bay is cloudy
.

Sunday was a great day for the Chicago Bears defense. They acquired veteran DT Darwin Walker to bolster the interior line and got LB Lance Briggs onto the practice field.

Orlando Pace showed up to camp at 321 pounds, the lightest he's been in the NFL.

The Miami Dolphins coaches continue to juggle personnel along the offensive line.

QB J.T. O'Sullivan is pushing Dan Orlovsky for a backup job in Detroit. (Can't you just feel the excitement??)

The Seahawks opened up training camp in Seattle for the first time in 10 years and were greeted with rain and cool temperatures.

35-year old Larry Allen hasn't reported to 49ers camp, but his absence was excused and he is expected to show up today.

The Broncos are looking to bolster the front four.

Cleveland Browns head coach Romeo Crennel hopes Braylon Edwards lets his play do the talking. (Instead of, you know, his mouth)
